- Identify compliance requirements
- Legislation, codes of practice and industry standards applicable to digital supply chains are identified
- Compliance policies and procedures, including corrective action protocols and processes, are determined
- Responsibility and level of authority for digital supply chain compliance is verified
- Maintain compliance information
- Supplier's financial viability, contract compliance and third party affiliations are validated, in accordance with compliance procedures
